Adrián Jesús Falcón established Studio Arts Gallery in San Felipe Del Rio, Texas on April 2, 1999 as the Del Rio's first private gallery. Upon celebrating its 4th anniversary April 2, 2003 reopening its doors with a new name, Adrián J. Falcón Gallery.
The gallery is set in a historical landmark,the Glen-Dowe House. Located in the exact center of (San Felipe) Del Rio, Texas.
